Driving Directions

Directions from San Francisco: While driving South on 880, exit at the Mowry Avenue (Exit 17) and turn left on Mowry Ave. Then turn right onto Paseo Padre Parkway. Then turn right onto Walnut Ave and left onto Liberty St. 39420 Liberty St. will be on the left.

Directions from San Jose: While driving North on 880, exit at the Mowry Avenue (Exit 17) and turn right on Mowry Ave. Then turn right onto Paseo Padre Parkway. Then turn right onto Walnut Ave and left onto Liberty St. 39420 Liberty St. will be on the left.

Directions from Concord/Pleasanton: While driving South on 680, exit at Mission Boulevard and turn right on to Mission Boulevard. Then turn left on to Walnut Avenue and left on to Liberty St. 39420 Liberty St. will be on the left.

 Suite 252 is on the second floor of the building and there are elevators that access the second floor.

Public Transportation Information

The Fremont Clinic is located along AC Transit's Route 239 and several other AC Transit routes. The Fremont BART Station is the closet BART Station. The office is a half mile walk from the station. To walk to the office, exit the station and walk to Walnut Avenue. Turn right on Walnut Avenue. Turn left (cross Walnut) at Liberty St. and the office will be on your left. This office is also accessible from the station by AC Transit's Route 239.
